At LemonTop, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Below are the details of our local shipping within Pakistan:

1. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

2. Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your city and courier services.

3. During sales or seasonal launches, delivery may take a little longer due to high order volume.

4. We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 across Pakistan.

5. Free shipping on orders above PKR 10,000

6. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

7. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

8. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel with our courier partner.

9. Our courier partners deliver directly to your doorstep.

10. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

11. In case of missed delivery, the courier will attempt again.

12. LemonTop is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unexpected events.

13. If your order is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
